For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and beauty products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or tested, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, with seals intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. EU Customers
Orders shipped to the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days, unless the cosmetic product has been opened after delivery.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. If you have not received your refund after 20 business days, please contact Info@rubaie.co.uk.
